Kate is a litigation paralegal with more than 25 years of experience with extensive knowledge in litigation practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Sonoma. One of Kate’s key strengths is her ability to clearly explain legal processes and provide guidance and comfort to clients who are new or apprehensive about the litigation process. For the past 16 years, she has worked with Erik, focusing primarily on medical malpractice cases. Kate knows the intricacies of the process from start to finish.
In addition to her professional work, Kate serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Marin County, where she actively represents the best interests of children in the juvenile court system.
